Following our clients practices, and within the frame of our professional deontology, we use the latest secured technologies:

• Your documents are freely stored in secured servers, and are accessible 24/7
• legal formalities with the commercial courts’ clerk offices are fully digitalized (lawyers’ private network, registration certificates available within 24 hours)
• your legal documents can be digitally native thanks to the electronic lawyer’s deed (e-acte d’avocat). In accordance with our professional rules, these documents are archived for at least 5 years
• closings can be digitalized thanks to authenticated electronic signatures
• payments can be made online by paypal

Our fees

Our fees are transparent and tailored to the complexity of each operation. We always propose flat fees, which are approved in advance by our clients.
